This year I made a decision to do something a bit different for my “Christmas shoots”. I am doing a Christmas mini sessions on November 8th, but with a difference. All the money will be going directly to a wonderful charity, and payment for the shoots will be via a Just giving page.
The mini sessions will include 15min session in the studio in one of two cute set ups “Christmas by the fireplace” or “twinkle little star” and afterwards you will be emailed 1 digital file, perfect for Christmas cards, which you will be able to pick from a special charity gallery. The minimum donation for the session is £40, but every penny counts. If you would like to buy extra files or prints you will be able to at a reduced rate and again the money will go to the charity.
As you can imagine as it is only one date at the moment space is VERY limited, so the sessions are open for one week to mums and dads who have already had a Julia and Mia shoot, but if you’re new to “julia and mia”and would like a slot please feel free to email me straight away as you can join the wait list for slots this early bird offer.
I will send full details to mums who get a session, but for now you just need to know the shoot will take place on November 8th and is only suitable for babies who can sit unaided.
A bit more about the charity I have chosen… Lymphoma Research Trust. I know a beautiful young lady who has spent the last couple of years battling this pretty nasty cancer and shes an inspiration, in fact so is her equally lovely husband. She is in her mid 20s and should have been going on her honeymoon rather than spending more of this year in hospital for her second dose of dealing with this frankly horrible disease. So in her name and for all the other brave people who’ve been effected by this and other cancers I
‘m trying to raise just a little towards the research.
