It turns out my daughter very much like her mummy and daddy loves a camera, and would prefer to be taking the photographs. We were a bit unsure what to do for our Christmas cards this year, Mia is at an age where she doesn’t really fancy smiling at the camera, so our ideas of her sitting on my moon like an angel were unlikely to happen. So before her annual Christmas party I thought why not get some photos in her cute sparkly tree dress, but as usual she wasn’t sure, so I handed her one of my vintage cameras to play with and join in “taking” photos. As usual she made us laugh as she turned the camera on herself and it turns out our ad hoc shoot before her party was the perfect Christmas card photograph as it really was “Mia”… and great when mummy and daddy are photographers too.
