I am your bedtime, you are my wide awake
I am your finish line, you are my race
I am your praying hands, you are my saving grace
I am your favourite book, you are my new lines
I am your nightlight, you are my sunshine
I am your lullaby, you are my peek-a-boo
I am your kiss goodnight, you are my I love you”
It’s so true as we embark on a new life as a parent, it can throw curve balls, but so very soon babies become part of our lives that we cannot imagine life without them. Henry’s lovely mummy and daddy first met me when I photographed their wedding over at www.juliaandyou.com. I am sure mummy Anna had grand plans for her maternity leave before baby arrived, but he arrived on the first day of her maternity leave, so she had no time to wait and got to cuddle her precious newborn even earlier, how lucky was she?
